Learn more about what we do

Welcome to our website

House of Frames has been a Fort Worth ‘institution’ for many, many years. In fact, at one point we had ten retail stores located in Tarrant County (and 65 locations total).
From our central office/warehouse location, we ordered, stocked, and distributed inventory to all of our stores. Our experience, bulk-buying ability, and network of stores allowed us to have the best-trained framers around and to offer framing at prices well below our competitors.
Our large inventory of picture framing materials coupled with our ample facility also allowed us to begin supplying other frame shops (not related to our company) with the products and services they needed. (Which we still do today.)
As a complement to our framing business, we also owned and operated one of the largest limited edition print publishers in the country at a time when the print business was much more active.
As times changed and we didn’t know if we could continue to ensure that our distant customers were receiving the quality of service we had always insisted upon, we decided to re-focus our efforts on a single location and sold most of our stores to either individuals or other ‘picture framing chains’. While that was a difficult decision and a slow transition, we are certainly glad we did it.
We are now involved with every customer transaction and able to make sure everyone is happy with the product and service they receive.
Equally important to us as customer service is our responsibility to our employees. We must be doing something right in that regard since our employees average 21 years of service with us.
